INTRO
Thank you for buying my book. I hope it proves to be entertaining and worth the money you paid. This site is very much a wok in progress as I monitor how popular my book becomes so please, check in on a regular basis as I work (quite slowly, alas) to make it useful for you.

You can download posters to print at home or send to a cheap poster printer. I have made a list of ones in the UK and the USA. Bu there are many on the internet now so you can perhaps ffind a better one?
